Exchange Procedure
In such an event, you may return any item within 1 month of receiving your order for an exchange. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Write in to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the items.
- Upon an approval by Tooroo's customer support team, we will provide you the return address.
- Kindly pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the address provided
Items purchased from our sales collection cannot be returned for exchange.
Refund Eligibility
Tooroo offers refunds only for the following situations:

- Damaged or Defective Products
We will offer you a refund within 14 days of delivery if you have found the product to be defective upon receiving it, provided the products have not been used. In this event, please promptly drop us an email with photographs of the defective item and we will process the refund subject to approval. - Incorrect Products
If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to request for the correct product or a refund.
- Damaged or Defective Products

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but mistakes and faults occasionally happen and we want to make sure you are completely happy with your order. If for any reason you aren't, please drop us an email and send a few photos of the faulty item within 14 days of receiving!
